That Data Person Limited was founded in 2021 by Tom Burgin. We help organisations get their finance and operational data working properly: automating the manual work around finance processes, integrating the systems that hold the numbers, and tuning the databases underneath.

What we do

• Database performance tuning and query optimisation
• Data architecture reviews and migration planning
• SQL Server, PostgreSQL and cloud database platforms

How we work

We work as consultants on a day-rate or project basis, either embedded with your team or working independently, depending on what the project needs. Every engagement starts with understanding your current setup and where the pain points are. From there we agree a clear plan and get to work, focusing on practical, measurable improvements.
